ROD JOHNSON
Rod Johnson is rapidly becoming known as one of
the premier benefit auctioneers in the nation. He has accomplished
a lot in a very short time in the auction industry. Rod is the
current Wisconsin State Champion Auctioneer and the 2007 Minnesota
State Champion Auctioneer. He credits his success to the fact that
he absolutely loves the auction business...especially benefit auctions. He
recently obtained the Benefit Auction Specialist designation from
the National Auctioneers Association.
Less than 1% of Auctioneers
throughout North America hold the BAS designation.
He is not only a top notch auctioneer, but is also
a professional emcee and public speaker. Rod spent a number of
years in the broadcast industry, and has served as the public
address announcer for the Minnesota Timberwolves for over 12 years
He thoroughly enjoys working with his son Nathan,
and also enjoys traveling throughout the Midwest and nation
conducting benefit auctions.
Rod and wife Bernadette have been married for over
30 years. They have four sons (the two oldest are in the Army and
are currently serving in Iraq) and four grandchildren.

Nathan Johnson
Nathan Johnson graduated from World Wide College of Auctioneering in March of 2005. Nathan grew up with a love of auctions developed by going to auctions with his parents from a young age. He decided to become an auctioneer because it is something he loves, and something he feels he has a talent for. Nathan received certification in bilingual auctioneering from the World Wide College and is certified to auction in both English and Spanish.
Nathan graduated from Augsburg College in 2003 with a degree in Political Science and International Relations. He loves to travel and has studied in Russia and Norway. He also has traveled to Sweden, Denmark, Germany, France, and Spain where he ran with the bulls in Pamplona.
Nathan enjoys public speaking, and has been the featured speaker for the Syttende Mai (Norwegian Constitution Day) celebration in Cannon Falls, and has spoken publicly many other times. Nathan is interested in doing all types of auctions with his father, and looks forward to a career in the auction business.
Nathan is also a licensed real
estate agent with Cannon Realty.
